We verify your identity, contact details and bank account. You’ll need to provide personal and banking information, and we may request additional information or documents.
Complete identity and bank verification within 30 days of publishing your page. Your page will be paused if these checks remain incomplete after 30 days, or you raise £500 before completing them. If verification remains incomplete after 60 days, your page will be permanently closed. Funds cannot be transferred until the required checks are complete.
Transfers are made every Thursday to your verified bank account, covering donations received Monday–Sunday of the previous week.
Your first transfer will be made no earlier than 14 days after your first donation. Transfers depend on completing verification and may be delayed if further checks are needed.
No. There are no registration, subscription, platform or payment processing fees. Keep 100% of what you raise.
Donors can choose to add a voluntary contribution to support GoodHub. This is separate from their donation.
